The Sin Of OverSelling
This educational video was designed to help new account management hires understand the concept of overselling and why it can be damaging in a client focused role. The challenge was to tie the concept directly back to real world agency settings and avoid vague, overly broad examples. My approach involved scripting scenes that clearly demonstrated the consequences of overselling while offering tips on how to avoid it in day to day client communication. The final piece served as a practical onboarding tool that balanced clear instruction with relatable storytelling, reinforcing the value of honest, expectation aligned communication in agency life.
